1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Hype Goose ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What the app does

Hype Goose is a productivity companion app featuring a virtual goose character that reacts to your calendar, tasks, and time of day with commentary. The goose's remarks are generated using artificial intelligence.

3. AI-generated content

The goose's lines are generated by AI and are intended to be playful and entertaining. They may be unpredictable, imperfect, or occasionally odd. They are not advice of any kind, and you should not rely on them as factual, professional, medical, financial, or other guidance. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

4. Your data and calendar

The app reads your device's calendar and tasks locally on your phone to function. It does not log into your accounts. The title of your next event and limited context (such as your chosen goose name and mood) may be sent to our third-party AI provider to generate the goose's lines. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Purchases (future)

The app is currently free. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, additional terms regarding billing, renewal, and cancellation will apply and will be presented at the time of purchase, managed through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change or be discontinued.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is a lighthearted companion tool and should not be relied upon for critical scheduling, reminders, or decisions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
